We have returned for the 3nd annual Napa Auto Parts Crash for Cash demolition derby series. We would like to thank all of NAPA including corporate headquarters and local participating stores for making

this series possible. Last year was a huge success with great participation from drivers and fans spanning across several states. Overall, there were 9 qualifiying derbys last year and a final Crash for Cash show that was held September 15, 2007 in Paris, TN with a $10,000.00 payout to  10 places with 1st Place receiving $5,000.00!!!

This year is going to be a promising one! With bigger prizes and with last years bragging rights on the table, it is a sure bet that there will be huge turnouts to see the best derby drivers in the region go head to head for this years trophy and winnings.

Remember, all you have to do to qualify for the NAPA Auto Parts Crash for Cash Final show is to make it to the final heat of any qualifying derby in the series. In September, we will host the 3nd Annual Final Show for the NAPA Crash for Cash Series in Paris, TN. Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to the top places.

So get out your tools, get your cars ready, and prepare for the best show on dirt, its CRASH FOR CASH TIME!!!

Corinne Chapman will play a live solo act in La Center, KY on July 12, 2008 for the Ballard County Fair.  She will also play during the NAPA Auto Parts Crash for Cash Qualifier put on by Derby Madness.   Also, look for Corrine with her full band at the final show in Paris, TN on September 20, 2008.  A brief synopsis of her bio follows....

Her voice—clear, layered and insightful—echoes the reverence, tenderness, and power of a woman whose rich experiences and core beliefs permeate thoughtful lyrics. This unique voice is vital to her collection of diverse and inventive songs.

Over the past seven years, she has developed relationships with many well known, successful writers, musicians, and producers who have become friends and mentors. She has honed her live show in the clubs in and around town. Her co-write ‘Just Drive’ was cut by Jo Dee Messina for her upcoming 2008 release. She also co-wrote “Wonderin’” which Shanna Lynn released as a single in Canada in May 2008. She recently participated in a television pilot for the “Secrets of the Heart - Songwriters in the Round” series. Corinne has written (or co-written) over 45 songs recorded with producer Russ Zavitson (Billy Ray Cyrus, The Wilkinsons, The Kinleys, Michelle Wright) over the past couple of years. She continues to work on her craft, knowing that she has a family of believers and the talent and wit to do it. She works to make her songs strong and intelligent, but most of all, “reflections of life, portals into the moment we crave and fear—visceral, cleansing, alive, and full of hope and love.”
